PvE: Dreaded Consecration

Spec for 100 Resillience and as much Discipline and Strength as possible. Land multikills to gain Devour, restoring HP and grenade energy on subsequent kills. You can use Touch of Malice or Tommy's Matchbook to great effect here. The rest of the build is a generic Consecration setup since it's the most effective config for Prismatic Titan.
