Spec for 100 Resilience and 100 Strength. If you're playing content you aren't familiar with or otherwise new to Consecration, use Monte Carlo. It will refill your melee energy as you hit targets. More experienced players can use Conditional Finality or Dragon's Breath instead. Any weapons that inflict Scorch, including Legendaries with Incandescent, can proc Ember of Searing and Sol Invictus.
