Spec for 100 Resilience and Discipline. Use Thruster before you use any abilities to proc Heart of Inmost Light's perk. Grab Orbs of Power whenever possible by using Thruster to restore your HP and gain Armor Charge stacks, allowing you to spawn Special ammo with finishers. Pulse Grenades and Delicate Tomb should spawn enough Ionic Traces to refund your Thruster and melee ability every five seconds at x2 Empower.
