there are two ways to get this started, you do a full punch around a corner or you get a bow kill witch is hard with the inconsistency of the bow. Once you got the arc arrows ready you just drop the arrows in the vicinity of the enemy and punch em. Because its an arc kill you'll get another set of arc arrows for the next guy(s). this use to give special ammo but that has been nerfed :(
