Stats Max Resil,Str high Dis or mob (your choice) This is Mask of fealty on Prismatic This mask allows you to freeze a target with a single blade (as it spawns a crystal on hit) or treat crystals (that you generate, not teammates) as grenades as well. This gives Hunter Prismatic a CC build. Hail the storm from the artefact can help but its not needed. Grenade, Super, aspects and weapons do not matter either so use w/e you like. This helm is a lot of fun, an incredible boost to Withering Blades utility that can actually make it lethal for once.
