Prismatic Hunter Mod Setup No Stat Mods

This is a Build purely for the Mods you are using for Prismatic. Make sure to put stat mods and remove or add a mod of choice when playing, also use this with an exotic of choice. Stats you want to prioritise in order are - Resilience, Strength/Mobility, Discipline.
