Starfire Protocol is META if you're good enough

This build is helped substantially by having wish amor equipped. This will help your build be a fusion between phoenix protocol and starfire protocol. Once you reach half super, any ability kill will proc "wished into being" which will give 3 orbs each time it is procd. Which ofc fuels super regen, ability regen, and grenade kickststart. Gameplay loop is simple enough. Throw grenade, shoot dragons breath, drop rift, blind ads, continue grenading and zaouli the leftovers As for fragments this is what worked best for me. Ember of benevolence helps us get abilities back when we give allies radiant so we pair our build with ember of torches.To keep melee uptime high we add ember of searing since Firesprites are created like crazy. When it comes to dmg phases, I swap the mods on my legs for solar surges and my special to scatter signal or supremacy depending on the boss. You can swap dragon's breath to xenophage to pair with supremacy when dealing with brigs and even tormentors. Best used when there is heavy surplus/upcoming heavy chest
