PvE: Shattered Lance
Spec for 100 Resilience and Discipline. Alternate between your Barricade and Glacier Grenade to spawn Stasis Shards and Diamond Lances. When your HP gets low, cast a Barricade to collect nearby orbs. This will activate Recuperation and Better Already. A weapon with Headstone is highly recommended. Verglas Curve and Wicked Implement are also great options.
