PvE | Shatter hyper spec

The focus of this build is to shatter and cycle Frost Armor as much as you can, on top of having Cure and Restoration for extra survivability. You're tanky, but play smart. Notes: - Everything in your kit causes Freeze, ergo: Frost Armor. - Glaive Melee kills provide Cure x3 and 8 seconds of Restoration x1. - Use Winterbite for Major/Champion damage. - Rake Angle can be replaced for a different Chill Clip weapon if needed. - Energy slot weapon can be anything depending of the activity.
